Position: Salesforce Einstein Analytics Developer (CRMa)

Join to apply for the Salesforce Einstein Analytics Developer (CRMa) role at Tata Consultancy Services.

Experience and Skills:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including objects, relationships, and permissions.
  • Proficiency in Einstein Analytics tools such as dataflows, recipes, SOSL, SOQL, SAQL, JSON, and lenses.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating external data sources.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning principles (Einstein Discovery is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM Certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, REST APIs, and integration techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

    • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum.
