About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are hiring a visionary Principal UX designer to join our Agentforce Revenue Management product design team. Agentforce Revenue Management is a market-leading revenue platform, delivering accurate selling, faster time-to-market, AI-powered sales and post-sales, and smarter forecasting and insights. Revenue is the only process that unites every department in an organization, and we are reinventing how revenue works, with end-customers at the center.

We’re a tight-knit team working at the intersection of operational design, enterprise scale, and AI-powered innovation. We value systems thinking, thoughtful storytelling, collaboration and drive.

To be successful in this role, you will bring an extensive Design-Thinking toolkit, a passion for craft and top notch visual design skills, experience leveraging AI tools and the ability to lead and influence in an enterprise environment. You should have a background building products from 0-1 and the ability to drive cross-team vision and alignment.

As a high-level IC on the team, you will be able to see the big picture, build connections across products and teams, influence our product roadmap and mentor other designers.

About Salesforce UX

You’ll have the opportunity to work on Salesforce’s Enterprise and Consumer products, creating new design patterns and paradigms and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your visions to life. This is an opportunity to shape the user experience in ways that solve meaningful problems, design with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, and make life better for all users and customers.

You’ll direct the team in crafting and articulating the product vision, in line with clear goals and rationales – a role requiring expert visualization skills, thought leadership, empathy, and the ability to work closely with product and technology partners. You’ll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, including research and synthesis, using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and direction.

At Salesforce, our UX teams aspire to make products people love – tools that make a salesperson’s day more productive, a marketer’s campaign more powerful, and a developer’s app more feature-rich. Behind each product is a team of talented UX designers and engineers, driven by the power of design to build integrated and ethical experiences that support strong relationships for our users and their customers.

Bring your skills, inspire your team, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way business gets done.
