We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing Fulfillment-by-Platform program team. In this role, you will be the strategic partner for a portfolio of e-commerce sellers, guiding them to maximize their success through our platform's integrated fulfillment service. Your mission will be to drive seller adoption, optimize their inventory and operations, and ensure an outstanding seller experience.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of sellers enrolled in the platform's fulfillment service, serving as their primary operational contact and trusted advisor.
- Partner with sellers on inventory planning, product selection, and listing optimization to increase their utilization and success within the program.
- Conduct data-driven analysis of seller performance; identify growth opportunities and develop actionable improvement plans, presented during regular business reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Tech teams to resolve seller issues, improve processes, and remove barriers to growth.
- Advocate for sellers by surfacing key insights, feedback, and trends to internal teams to help shape the program's roadmap and features.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce marketplace operations, or supply chain & logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and comfort using BI/analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g.,
Amazon Vendor/Seller Central
, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, eBay).
Experience with Amazon FBA is a significant plus. - Knowledge of cross-border logistics, including INCOTERMS and customs processes.
- Familiarity with API/EDI integrations between marketplace platforms and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like, or high-growth environment.
