What is the Head of Product and Portfolio Marketing?
Our go-to-market motion is deeply sales-led, account-centric, and focused on long-cycle, high-value enterprise deals.
We are hiring a Head of Campaigns to design, run, and scale integrated, account-based campaigns against a small number of our highest-priority enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for creating sustained awareness, executive-level credibility, and momentum across complex buying committees.
This is a founding role for our integrated campaigns function. The right person will start as a hands-on individual contributor, personally owning strategy and execution, and will grow into a team leader as the function scales.

What You’ll DoOwn Integrated Account-Based Campaigns
- Design and operate always-on, multi-channel campaigns for a defined set of named enterprise accounts.
- Build campaign strategies that reach senior IT and technology leaders across complex buying groups.
- Focus on awareness, credibility, and engagement at the account level.
- Ensure campaigns directly support sales priorities such as executive meetings, account expansion, and deal progression.
Be a Strong, Independent Operator
- Personally plan, launch, and manage campaigns end-to-end.
- Work with minimal dependencies on creative, content, or ops teams.
- Translate high-level strategy into execution quickly and pragmatically.
- Use AI extensively to accelerate creative production, message iteration, testing, and optimization.
Partner Closely with Sales
- Align tightly with account owners and sales leadership.
- Design campaigns that complement outbound, executive outreach, and events.
- Use sales feedback to refine messaging, targeting, and timing.
- Help sales teams build familiarity and credibility inside target accounts over time.
Define Measurement That Matches Enterprise Reality
- Establish success metrics centered on account-level impact and sales outcomes.
- Track reach, engagement, and signals of increased familiarity within named accounts.
- Be clear-eyed about attribution in long-cycle enterprise buying and communicate impact credibly to stakeholders.
Build the Foundation for Scale
- Create repeatable playbooks for targeting, messaging, execution, and measurement.
- Identify opportunities to expand scope, channels, and sophistication over time.
- Eventually hire and lead a small, high-performing campaigns team.
- 8–12+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful experience in enterprise account-based or integrated campaigns.
- Proven track record supporting sales-led, high-ACV enterprise GTM motions.
- Experience owning and operating campaigns directly—not just managing agencies or vendors.
- Exceptional individual contributor who can operate autonomously.
- Strong strategic instincts paired with hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of how enterprise buyers build awareness and trust over time.
- Comfortable working with imperfect data and long feedback loops.
- Highly fluent with modern marketing platforms and eager to use AI as a core productivity lever.
