About the Role

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CMO and the broader team to deliver high-quality execution across social media, email marketing, website updates, content development, events, and analytics. You will help translate our brand and narrative into polished, consistent, and compelling experiences that grow awareness, engagement, and trust with our audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing many hats, and is excited to help build a category-defining brand in the AI safety space.

Key Responsibilities Content
  • Draft and polish marketing copy across website, landing pages, social channels, email newsletters and sales collateral.
  • Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Assist with writing and editing blog posts, case studies, FAQs, and product content.
  • Support the creation of visual assets in partnership with design (graphics, slides, event materials).
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to ensure ICP-relevant, accurate messaging.
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned to product launches, PR, industry news, and thought leadership.
  • Leverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operational efficiency.
Communications
  • Build and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.
  • Manage segmentation, testing, list health, and reporting.
  • Share content on Linked In, as well as other social platforms as we establish new presences.
Events
  • Research conferences and speaking opportunities to establish expertise in life science and technology sectors.
  • Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences and customer events.
  • Manage logistics for events (registration pages, assets, booth materials, follow-up communications).
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt tone and simplify technical concepts.
  • Experience executing across multiple channels — social, email, website & sales materials.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Mailchimp and Word Press experience a plus)
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and new ideas.
  • Strong project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, receive feedback, and manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Curiosity about AI, behavioral science, and responsible technology
  • This position requires the ability to legally work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas for this role.
