We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide technical support across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operation of our Dell hardware environment, Windows-based systems, and Microsoft 365 productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for Dell laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS (installation, updates, performance, security).
  • Support users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Drive.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Active Directory.
  • Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the internal knowledge base.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and software provisioning.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Dell hardware.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or equivalent.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
