IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives that support business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, quality, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third‑party partners
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and change requests
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure projects align with IT standards, security policies, and compliance requirements
- Facilitate meetings, stand‑ups, and project reviews
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
- 3+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and/or application delivery
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana)
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
- Background in infrastructure, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, or software implementations
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers
