- Are you interested in working with the latest technology in the cloud nampaging? The Foundational People Data Services (FPDS) organization is seeking a Data Engineer to join our team in building innovative cloud solutions that enable builders to address the needs of our global workforce of nearly 3 million.
- Our mission is to create a workplace that empowers to innovate on behalf of our customers. We are at a strategic inflection point, outgrown the third‑party HR systems that we once relied upon. We are developing highly reliable builder tools (powered by client) that make it possible for builders to create solutions that meet client high bar, while exceeding the speed of delivery that was only possible by way of third‑party tools.
- As a Data Engineer you will be working in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments.
- You will be developing and supporting the analytic technologies that give our customers timely, flexible and structured access to their data.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing a platform using third‑party and in‑house reporting tools, modeling costing, building reports and dashboards in People Soft.
- You will work with business customers in understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs.
- 3-6 years of related experience.
- Very Strong development experience with notable BI reporting tools.
- Should have experience developing complex and a variety of reports.
- A good candidate has strong analytical skills and enjoys working with large complex data sets.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- A good candidate can partner with business owners directly to understand their requirements and provide data which can help them observe patterns and spot anomalies.
- Strong Oracle People Soft experience.
- SQL skills.
