Role:
Lead UAT Tester
Location:
Seattle WA, 100% onsite (5 days from office)
Duration : 6+ Months contract
Job Description:
- UAT engineers work closely with end-users to validate that the software or peripheral device meets their requirements and expectations.
- We need a strong UAT Lead Tester with proven leadership experience, solid IFT (Interface / Integration Flow Testing) expertise & hands‑on experience with Order Fulfillment scenarios.
- Facilitate testing sessions and standups, vendor management on defects, gather user feedback and ensure the final product aligns with the intended use cases and business requirements.
- Compile UAT Plan per assigned project. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of multiple projects’ test plans, cases, results, and other UAT-related artifacts.
- Experience creating test scenarios and test execution for on Telco Lead to order and order to cash flows for B2B.
- Experience in quality assurance.
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience with Jira & Confluence.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech tinha teams
- Experience leading process improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing stik array formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools pout.
- Knowledge of a spectrum of technical platforms and tools, (iOS, Android, Mac, PC, etc).
- Experience using data to influence business NRF decisions,
- Experience working with diversified stakeholders including Program Managers, QAEs, TPMs, Developers, Operations, and leadership.
- Ability to be flexible and self‑govern multiple projects and effectively report on each.
