• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Proven success leading complex, cross‑functional programs across multiple systems and teams
• Strong program management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders

• Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration
• Experience in roadmap planning and managing dependencies for large‑scale initiatives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to dynamic environments
