Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex security initiatives.  In this role, you will drive planning, execution, deployment, and operationalizing technical projects focused on improving our organization’s security posture, protecting critical assets, ensuring compliance with security standards, and mitigating risks. As a key player working at the intersection of Product, Digital and Security, you will work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, manage critical dependencies, and report progress to leadership.

* * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in a technical and/or security-related role.

Experience and/or familiarity with security compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.) and their application in complex environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.

Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Models).Technical background and/or familiarity with security technologies such as SIEM solutions, endpoint protection, firewalls, and encryption strategies. Analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
