As the Head of Technical Program Management, you will provide executive leadership to drive strategy, execution, and transformation across complex technical domains. You will lead and develop a high‑performing organization, partnering closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to deliver business‑critical programs and solutions s is a highly cross‑functional role with broad influence, responsible for breaking down technical barriers, strengthening systems, and ensuring the success of major initiatives across the company.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Define and drive the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple domains or business units.
• Program Delivery:
  Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of complex, cross‑functional technical programs, including initiation, planning, execution, forecasting, budgeting, and delivery.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Partner with senior engineering, product, and business leaders to align technical programs with business objectives and priorities.
• Team Development:
  Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of TPMs and TPM managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Systematic Problem Solving:
  Take a systematic approach to solving highly technical engineering problems, including prioritization, scoping, and progress tracking.
• Technical Influence:
  Leverage deep technical understanding to influence architectural decisions and drive progress on critical engineering challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in product management, technical program management, engineering, or related leadership roles within leading technology companies.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering large‑scale, complex technical programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical programs.
• Deep technical understanding of modern systems, architectures, and platforms (coding not required, but must understand system flows, APIs, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
