Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

Strong experience with APEX programming and Salesforce declarative tools, including:

• Flows
• Process Builder
• Profiles
• Permission sets
• Groups
• Sharing settings

Comfortable Using Development And Dev Ops Tools, Including:

• VS Code for development
• Copado for Dev Ops
• Data import/export tools

Deep understanding of Salesforce security controls, standards, and best practices.

Day-to-Day Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day Salesforce support and assist with planning and prioritizing sustainment work.

Monitor:
Support mailboxes, batch jobs, scheduled jobs.

Support:
Documentation, onboarding activities, meeting preparation.

Collaboration, Client Engagement & Coordination:
Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams, lead and participate in weekly syncs with business and IT teams, engage in stakeholder conversations and status updates, and ensure smooth communication across all teams.

Operational Excellence & Support Coordination:
Track recurring operational issues and prioritize enhancements to reduce manual interventions.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce workflows and Apex.
• Proven track record in agile product ownership and enhancement leadership roles.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset focusing on operational efficiency and data quality.
