Presales Implementation Engineer – Infobip
Infobip is building the world’s largest full‑stack cloud communication platform. As a Presales Implementation Engineer you will partner with our sales organization to deliver technical expertise, solution design, and consultative support throughout the sales cycle. Your role is a critical partner driving revenue by translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales to support discovery, qualification, and solution design for voice‑ & messaging‑related opportunities.
- Lead technical presentations, product demos, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective voice solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on related voice and messaging technologies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with product capabilities.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in the creation of technical documentation and solution diagrams.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends.
- 5–7 years of pre‑sales/solution engineering, technical sales, system integration, or implementation experience.
- Deep experience in voice, CPaaS, or telecommunications industry preferred.
- Knowledge of virtualization, machine learning, RCS, and mobile identity solutions is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Engineering background with a passion for IT and technology.
- Proactive, creative, and able to challenge the status quo.

- Competitive salary range: $107,000–$140,000 USD (plus annual bonus and equity).
