About The Job

At Alignerr, we collaborate with top-tier AI research organizations to advance how artificial intelligence understands real human speech and dialogue. We are seeking experienced voice actors and voice-over professionals to contribute Italian-language recordings and evaluations that help train and refine next‑generation AI systems. This role supports AI development but does not involve voice cloning of any kind.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize a large diaphragm microphone (LDM) to produce clear, professional‑grade Italian voice recordings following provided scripts and prompts.

• Assess AI‑generated speech for qualities such as natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression.

• Offer detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs.

• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural‑sounding delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in voice acting, narration, audio books, or related performance‑based audio work.

• Native or near‑native fluency in Italian.

• Reliable access to a high‑quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording space.

• Ability to deliver engaging, expressive, and well‑articulated vocal performances.

• Careful attention to nuance when evaluating tone, clarity, and pronunciation.
