Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite per week)
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic IT consultancy team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about delivering complex IT and infrastructure projects for global clients.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—overseeing planning, execution, and successful completion while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple IT projects through the full project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
- Coordinate cross-functional and international teams, including collaboration with European stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client engagement and manage expectations across competing priorities.
- Oversee project financials including revenue, invoicing, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
- Apply best practices in project governance, risk management, and change control.
- Utilize project management tools (preferably ) to track progress and communicate effectively.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT services such as Unified Communications (UC), LAN/WAN, and IPT.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience (4+ years relevant project management experience).
- Certification: PMP or Prince2 required; additional project training or certification is advantageous.
- Technical Knowledge: Cisco CCNA and/or AVIXA AV certification advantageous.
- Experience:
- 6+ years overall professional experience.
- 3–5 years in a project delivery environment.
- 3+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within a multinational technology services setting.
- Proven experience managing commercial project/program financials (not just internal budgets).
- Track record of working with international clients and cross-border delivery teams.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Assertive, client-focused, and highly adaptable.
- Proficient in project change management and remote team leadership.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and general technology concepts.
