We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst with 0–2 years of experience to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who want to gain hands‑on experience working with real-world datasets, analytical tools, and business teams. You will collaborate with senior analysts and data engineers to deliver clean, reliable insights that support business decisions.
- Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends and insights
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Write basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation
- Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis
- Document findings and prepare simple data summaries for business teams
- Collaborate with senior analysts on KPIs, metrics, and data requirements
- Help with data quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes

Required Skills & Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related field
- Basic proficiency in SQL
- Hands‑on experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Familiarity with any BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and analytical concepts
- Knowledge of Python (optional but preferred) for basic data manipulation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
