We are seeking a Presales Implementation Engineer with deep expertise in voice and messaging technologies to join our dynamic Solutions Engineering team. This role partners closely with sales, delivering technical expertise, solution design, and consultative support throughout the sales cycle.

• Partner with Sales to support discovery, qualification, and solution design for voice‑ & messaging‑related opportunities.
• Lead technical presentations, product demos, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective voice solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on voice and messaging technologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with product capabilities.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in creating technical documentation and solution diagrams.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends.

• Have a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions.
• Understand customers’ businesses and identify which products help them evolve.
• Integrate Infobip products into clients’ systems via custom‑scripted API, SFTP, and other CPaaS and SaaS solutions.
• Identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge and competitive analysis.
• Build solid relationships with sales and technical teams.
• Conduct demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and integration enablement sessions.
• Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction during implementation.
• Collect technical requirements and design integration plans.
• Deliver accurate technical documentation.
• Handle technical and security questionnaires.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Minimum 5‑7 years of strong expertise in pre‑sales/solution engineering, tech sales, system integrations, implementation, or similar roles.
• Experience in a technical role in telecommunications; experience in voice and CPaaS highly desired.
• Preferred knowledge in virtualization, machine learning, RCS, and mobile identity solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to challenge the status quo.
• Engineering background and passion for IT and technology.
• Proactive, creative approach to client needs.
• Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Salary Range
: $107,000‑$140,000 USD annual base salary. The amount is based on internal equity, job‑related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
