Duration: 12-Month Initial Contract (with potential extension)

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite per week)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic IT consultancy team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about delivering complex IT and infrastructure projects for global clients.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery—overseeing planning, execution, and successful completion while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to business objectives.

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects through the full project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams, including collaboration with European stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client engagement and manage expectations across competing priorities.
• Oversee project financials including revenue, invoicing, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Apply best practices in project governance, risk management, and change control.
• Utilize project management tools (preferably ) to track progress and communicate effectively.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT services such as Unified Communications (UC), LAN/WAN, and IPT.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience (4+ years relevant project management experience).
• Certification: PMP or Prince2 required; additional project training or certification is advantageous.
• Technical Knowledge: Cisco CCNA and/or AVIXA AV certification advantageous.
• Experience:
  • 6+ years overall professional experience.
  • 3–5 years in a project delivery environment.
  • 3+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within a multinational technology services setting.
  • Proven experience managing commercial project/program financials (not just internal budgets).
  • Track record of working with international clients and cross-border delivery teams.

  • Proficient in project change management and remote team leadership.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and general technology concepts.
