We are seeking an SEM and Analytics manager with a proven ability to manage paid search campaigns across a number of platforms. This position will be responsible for implementation, analysis, and optimization of a variety of national online campaigns, with an emphasis on AdWords. The position will also be responsible for working extensively with Google Analytics, analyzing trends in both paid and organic traffic sources.

Responsibilities:
Develop ongoing optimizations and tests for PPC accounts, including keyword testing and bid optimizations, split testing, landing page design, etc.
Routinely analyze paid and organic traffic through internal and external metrics (Google Analytics) to find actionable insights
Translate changes in the paid search landscape to management
Obsess about results. We expect you to stay on top of the impact of your work, be able to identify areas of improvement, and communicate that to management.

Minimum of 2 years experience managing paid search campaigns
Strong ability to analyze data from search engines, analytics packages, internal data and make actionable decisions and recommendations
Advanced skills with Excel
Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills
Strong ability to prioritize work load
Self motivated with a strong work ethic
