Senior Dev Ops Engineer (Full-Time)

• Lead design, development, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using industry‑leading tools.
• Architect and implement robust IaC for scalable, secure on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, testing, and monitoring using scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Develop and manage containerized applications, orchestrate workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to optimize infrastructure performance, resilience, and cost.
• Implement continuous monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Open Telemetry.
• Apply configuration management solutions (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt Stack).
• Champion Dev Sec Ops  practices by integrating security into all automated pipelines and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment, infrastructure, and system issues.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, QA, product management, security, and IT operations in agile teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation (runbooks, procedures, technical solutions).
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to Dev Ops engineers, advocating best practices.
• Drive process improvements, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to strategic Dev Ops roadmaps.

• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins).
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Open Tofu, AWS Cloud Formation).
• Advanced scripting with Python and Bash/Shell.
• Experience with containers (Docker, Podman) and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong expertise across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks:
  Prometheus/Grafana, OTEL.
• Proven track record with configuration management tools:
  Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt Stack.
• Skilled in Git version control and workflows (Git Hub, Git Lab).
• Advanced infrastructure security skills (Hashicorp Vault, Semgrep, CI/CD pipeline security).
• Experience with artifact management (Artifactory, Docker Registry).
• Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills in cloud, container, and distributed system environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated success working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities such as mentoring, technical guidance, and best practices advocacy.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting production systems in Dev Ops or cloud engineering roles (minimum 5 years with direct Dev Ops focus).
• Proven expertise in IaC, automation, and cloud security at enterprise scale.
• Significant experience with high‑availability architectures, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and cost optimization strategies.
• Exposure to multi‑cloud and hybrid‑cloud environments.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience strongly preferred.
