Hacker One is seeking a hands-on, mission-driven Product Manager to lead the development of our platform shared services capabilities. With the leading platform of customer security programs and vulnerabilities discovered, Hacker One is uniquely advantaged in providing the greatest breadth of shared services capabilities to its customers. This is an opportunity to develop capabilities for customers that provide an unmatched level of intelligence by deriving insights from vast amounts of security data.

We are seeking candidates located in Austin, TX, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, or Washington, DC, and the surrounding metropolitan areas, to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections.

This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.

• Lead Hacker One development of platform shared services capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap partnering with Design & Engineering in applying strategic perspective across all cross-functional facets of the business.

• Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with customers across Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to discern customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on data capabilities.

• Evangelize the value of Hacker One’s platform shared services capabilities internally and externally as a subject matter expert via customer and prospect calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events.

• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and positioning Hacker One as a market leader.

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies.

• Proven track record of successfully developing products / platforms in high-growth businesses involving in-depth cross-functional collaboration and leadership across R&D and go-to-market functions.

• Experience leading product development in cloud services and/or enterprise SaaS.

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach to identifying problems, determining potential solutions, and building consensus around your vision with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience leading product development for multi-product platformization value.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends.

• Direct product management experience in related cybersecurity fields, such as vulnerability management, penetration testing and application security.

• Domain experience with security research / hacking as part of red teaming, penetration testing and/or bug bounty programs, including methods, tools, and types of testing.
