The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role by serving as the primary point of contact for customer-reported service issues. This role supports FORTÉ customers as a member of the Pro Support Services team, handling Incident Management, Service Requests, Ticket Ownership, Reporting, Events, and Problem Management to support service contracts and achieve business revenue and profit objectives.
Base pay range$25.00/yr - $30.00/yr
ResponsibilitiesThe Service Delivery Coordinator will manage incident and service request workflow, maintain ticket ownership, produce reports, coordinate events, and contribute to problem management to support service contracts and business objectives.
Qualifications- Ability to understand ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations, and methodologies.
- Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage.
- CTS certification is preferred.
