AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complex environments, brings clarity through design, and delivers consistent, user‑centered experiences ’ll play a key role in shaping enterprise‑level digital products, collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to define, discover, and design impactful solutions.
What You’ll Do- Lead end‑to‑end product design efforts for enterprise‑level applications and platforms.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with internal clients and stakeholders to uncover user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions rooted in best practices and data.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain consistency across platforms and ensure design intent is preserved.
- Make confident, strategic design decisions and communicate them clearly across various teams and contexts.
- Champion a user‑centered mindset and high‑quality design standards across all touchpoints.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise product and app design.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client‑facing roles and working directly with decision‑makers.
- Strong UI and UX skills, including the ability to translate data into effective user experiences.
- Proficiency in Sketch and other design tools.
- Experience conducting discovery processes and translating insights into scalable design strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for asking the right questions to uncover hidden needs.
- Experience working in high‑tech environments and navigating the complexities of large organizations.
- Familiarity with design systems at scale.
- Background in working with agile product teams.
- Experience in complex and highly technical product domains.

$65,311 — $99,934 USD (depending on location and years of experience).
Return to Office PolicyThis role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy.
