Learn and apply cross-departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to project production timelines. Exercise good judgment in ensuring workback plans account for required review periods from Legal, Brand, Technical SMEs, Program Lead, etc.

Proactively recognize when a task is slipping or a dependency is blocked. You will be expected to flag these risks early and provide a clear summary of the issue to the Program Lead and other stakeholders so the team can unblock the workstream or elevate as needed.
Act as a primary connector across the program ecosystem. You will foster a collaborative environment by proactively engaging with contributors, ensuring they feel supported.
Draft "executive-ready" communications and project updates with a professional voice that builds trust, ensures stakeholder alignment, and communicates objectives in a clear and concise manner.

Build productive internal relationships with Product, Analyst Relations, PR, PMM, and Legal teams to build trust and effectively facilitate the routing of content for technical and editorial approvals.
Follow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content libraries, publishing workflows, lead capture processes, etc.
Execute tactical logistics for in-person community meetups and sidecar program events (e.g., vendor coordination and technical hardware procurement and support).
Good understanding of program management tools like Asana, and development processes like issue tracking and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to deliver on defined tasks within a fast-paced, highly collaborative Experience tracking project health, identifying risks, and accurately articulating technical issues to stakeholders.
Experience in AI and/or Cybersecurity is a big plus but not required, however an aptitude for learning technical concepts is required.
Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse global teams (creative, technical, and executive) to drive task completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver technical presentations and coordinate with high-profile guest speakers.
Ability to work on problems of moderate scope, exercising good judgment within established practices to meet deadlines.
A natural drive to understand the "why" behind our workflows. You don’t just follow…
