Sr. Project Manager; Educational

Trigyn has an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Project Manager with K-12 Education Experience in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for local candidates.

The successful candidate will manage work related to negotiating and implementing graduation requirements and adding core instruction time in all grade levels throughout the school district.

The responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects and timelines
• Researching and organizing associated work
• Providing analytical support to various departments, including creating project plans and timelines
• Ensuring cross-collaboration of work
• Providing on-site monitoring and organization of work plans
• Assisting with creating materials and communications
• Drafting communications for multiple audiences throughout the project lifecycle
• Engaging stakeholders and identifying areas of concern and interest
• Helping strategize next steps, risk mitigations, and approaches to implementation

Minimum and preferred qualifications include:

• Project Management experience, preferably in a large organization or for large projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with the K-12 Education Environment
