Join our team as a User Experience Designer and help shape the future of our flagship IT product. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a cutting‑edge desktop application designed to enhance productivity through innovative design and user‑centered solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively communicate interaction behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data‑driven insights.
- Participate in usability testing and analyze performance data to optimize new and existing features.
- Present design work to various teams and executives for feedback and review.
- Contribute to the development of user interface design standards and best practices.
- Lead initiatives in ecommerce trends, web application design, and user interface innovations.
- 3-6 years of experience in interaction design for web or software applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human‑computer interaction, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of web‑based information architecture and usability principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and a compelling online portfolio showcasing user‑centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to convey complex design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work in agile environments with highly technical teams on multiple projects.
- Experience prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or Flash.
- Self‑starter with a customer‑focused mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience in conducting user research and working in collaborative, cross‑functional teams.

The pay range for this role is $25 - $57 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
