Our GenAI solutions provide specialized agentic and AI capabilities for knowledge workers, helping employees leverage generative AI to gain insights and accelerate tasks.

Role Summary

In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of sales specialists, business development leaders, and partner managers. Partnering closely with solution architects, you will drive the go-to-market strategy for innovative AI-powered solutions that help end-users work smarter, communicate effectively, and leverage their organization’s collective knowledge. Your focus on growth-driving inputs will enable successful enterprise-wide AI adoption and long‑term customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI/ML Sales Leadership – 15+ years of relevant sales and business development experience in cloud and AI technology, with a proven track record of building new AI/ML businesses and driving large‑scale adoption.
  • Strategic Sales Execution & Revenue Impact – Accomplished B2B sales leader experienced in managing complex customer and partner relationships, with a record of exceeding revenue targets through strategic vision and cross‑functional partnership.
  • Technical Acumen & Executive Engagement – Technical background and exceptional communication skills to articulate GenAI value to business and technical buyers, build executive relationships, and maintain a strong media presence.
Basic Qualifications
  • 15+ years of relevant sales and business development experience in cloud and AI technology
  • Global experience leading large, diverse sales teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies and sales
  • Track record of building executive relationships and exceeding revenue targets
  • BA/BS degree required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling and implementing enterprise-wide AI initiatives
  • Deep understanding of generative AI products and services
  • Technical background in computer science or a related field
  • Proven public speaking and media presence
  • Experience with complex enterprise software sales cycles and change management
  • Passion for AI innovation and ability to inspire others about AI opportunities
