Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Ironclad Systems Administrator to join their team. As a Ironclad Systems Administrator, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Seattle, WA or Provo (Hybrid work:
In office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Remote on Wednesday and Friday. Relocation assistance available for candidates relocating more than 50 miles.)
Pay Range: Up to $122,500
What's the Job?- Independently administer and configure Ironclad, including workflow design, user management, and security settings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and operational processes.
- Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal operation.
- Analyze contract data and system usage to provide actionable insights and performance reports.
- Collaborate with legal, sales, procurement, and IT teams to enhance workflows and system functionalities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in platform administration, with familiarity in Ironclad or similar CLM platforms.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex systems effectively.
- Knowledge of CLM principles and experience creating workflows within Ironclad.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
