Job Duties
:
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget. Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

May consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. May telecommute. (385.35004)

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager or Analyst-related occupation.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $147,533 to $158,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.

• Paid time off:
  Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
  
  Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
