• Build and define technical program management processes from concept to production for software development programs.
• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary software programs from concept through delivery, driving schedules, risk management, cross‑functional alignment, and execution milestones.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution across all phases of the software lifecycle.
• Technical leadership, shaping program strategy, influencing architectural decisions, and establishing the TPM function as a core pillar of the organization.

• 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated Technical Program Management role.
• Strong background in software development programs, with a preference for experience in compilers.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in environments without established processes, building structure and execution frameworks from scratch.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
