We need a skilled Senior AWS Platform / Dev Ops Engineer to architect, agte open between the functioning world find our numbers, and revolve already the building.

This position is in Washington state:
Seattle.

• Infrastructure & Automation
  • Design, build, manage production‑grade AWS infra: API Gateway, Lambda, ECS Fargate, Amazon RDS (Postgre
    
    SQL & MySQL/Aurora), Dynamo
    
    DB, Elasti Cache, S3, Cloud Front, WAF, and Kinesis.
  • Create infrastructure as code using AWS CDK (preferred) or Terraform.
  • Drivers CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions or AWS Code Pipeline).
• Security & Compliance
  • IAM: build least‑privilege roles, policies.
  • Monitor compliance via Cloud Trail, Guard Duty, Security Hub & WAF.
  • Enforce tagging, cost controls & guardrails.
• Observability & Reliability
  • Cloud Watch metrics, dashboards, alarms.
  • Distributed tracing (AWS X‑Ray) and log analytics (Open Search or equivalent).
  • Create synthetic canaries to validate login, playback & API health.
  • Define backup, recovery & disaster recovery.
• Analytics & Data
  • Data ingestion (Kinesis Firehose → S3 → Athena).
  • Dashboards via Quick Sight.
• Video Delivery
  • Use AWS Media Services (Media Live, Media Package, Media Convert, Media Tailor) for live & VOD.
  • Implement secure global delivery with Cloud Front.

• 5+ years managing AWS productivity and dev‑ops pipelines.
• Hands‑on Amazon RDS (Postgre
  
  SQL & MySQL) – deploy, tune, backup, upgrade.
• Proficient with core AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, ECS Fargate, Dynamo
  
  DB, S3, Cloud Front, WAF, Elasti Cache.
• Experience in IaC – AWS CDK (preferred), Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• CI/CD design:
  Git Hub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, Jenkins.
• IAM, VPC & AWS security best practices.
• Observability:
  Cloud Watch, X‑Ray, logging pipelines, alerting.
• Proficiency scripting (Python, Bash).
• Strong documentation & communication. Self‑sufficient in a small team.

• Headless CMS scaling (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity).
• Streaming video architecture familiarity.
• Kinesis, Athena, Quick Sight pipelines.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Sys Ops, Dev Ops Engineer).

Base salary range: $140,000 – $170,000 with benefits including retirement plan, health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, flexible payments, paid time off, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
