We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst Lead – AEM (Grade
C) to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. This role requires expertise in AEM testing (Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless), leadership in test planning and execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure enterprise-level digital experience quality. You will be responsible for managing QA strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring robust defect management and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA planning, strategy, and execution for AEM-based projects across Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless implementations.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test requirements, plans, cases, and scripts throughout all phases of QA cycles.
- Validate authoring workflows and AEM content publishing processes.
- Review functional/technical specifications for clarity, feasibility, and testability; participate in design and planning sessions.
- Drive defect management lifecycle—log, track, triage, and verify issue resolution with development teams.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to QA engineers; review test scripts and test execution results.
- Contribute to UAT coordination and support performance testing efforts.
- Implement quality management practices and help define and evolve QA standards, procedures, and tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute assessment insights on testing impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into effective test cases.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless
- Proficient in AEM authoring workflow validation
- Familiar with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Target, and Campaign
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum QA practices
- Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking tools
- Strong leadership in QA strategy and execution
- Skilled in mentoring QA analysts and engineers
- Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and product owners
- Experienced in driving test governance and operational quality practices
- Proactive in identifying testing risks and continuous improvement opportunities

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.36/hour - $64.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
