• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configuring and implementing SAP Project Systems solutions that align with business needs.
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

• Action-oriented with the ability to deliver processes, solutions, and projects; influence extends to sales and service offerings.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP system capabilities, initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and the functional design of the solution; coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policies.
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members.
• Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP-based systems, preferably with exposure to multiple industries.
• At least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Project Systems with hands-on configuration experience in areas such as: project structure (definition, WBS, networks, templates), project planning, budgeting, milestones, billing, MRP; integration points with other SAP modules (Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting subcomponents, Material Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources); and conceptual knowledge of topics like Results Analysis methods, Event-Based Revenue recognition, or Resource Related billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
• SAP Certification(s) including C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems;
  Associate experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module; additional SAP Finance certifications.
• Experience in accounting departments and ability to adapt to diverse environments and cultures.
• Proactive approach to professional development.
