• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and SAP configurations.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or work streams with a focus on risk management and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee teams, manage delivery streams, and engage with external clients daily; travel may be required based on client needs.
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Lead and deliver SAP Project Systems work streams, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and functional design.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills to develop solutions for complex problems and adapt policies within the scope of work.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries and ability to translate complex requirements for clients.
• Proficiency with SAP FICO modules and one or more SAP S/4
  
  HANA certifications is preferred.

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP Certification(s) such as C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems.
• Experience with three full-cycle implementations of core modules.
• Experience with cross-functional team leadership and cross-module requirements gathering.
