Service Now Senior Consultant – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

The Opportunity

You’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams, visible to clients, while developing team leadership skills and building new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
  • Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Act as a workstream lead across all phases of a Service Now HRSD project (design, configuration/development, testing, deployment).
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
  • Provide guidance and industry best‑practice expertise for Service Now HRSD process implementations.
  • Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities to recommend leading‑practice solutions.
  • Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional subject matter experts.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To Qualify for the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline.
  • 2–4 years of relevant Service Now HRSD project experience.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • At least one of the following certifications:
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery
  • 3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally You’ll Also Have
  • Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience with Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience with Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $102,500 to $187,900 in the U.S. (regional adjustments apply). Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
