About theJob Role Description
We are seeking an experienced System Testing Lead with a background in unified communications or video conferencing. The ideal candidate will lead the software testing team, ensuring timely and high-quality releases of complex, integrated systems.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the software testing team to meet all release deliverables.
- Execute and refine test strategies and plans aligned with program objectives.
- Translate PRDs and feature specs into comprehensive test cases to maximize coverage.
- Represent the QA function in release meetings, providing data to support go/no-go decisions.
- Improve existing testing processes, methodologies, and standards.
- Drive critical bugs to closure to ensure timely release delivery.
- Ensure defects are effectively triaged and tracked through resolution.
