By combining AI with deep supply chain data, we give teams instant visibility into product cost drivers and carbon footprint, enabling faster, smarter decisions.### Role description

As Muir's first Designer, you will be a key part of Muir’s product and marketing team. You will own the creation, implementation and iteration of Muir’s product, website and advertising. Responsibilities will span the entire design cycle, from zero to one on new initiatives. The role will be be cross-functional across technical and customer-facing initiatives, and closely work with Muir’s CEO.

This will require the ability to build new conversion funnels, identify pain points within the user experience and iterate quickly to increase the value of Muir's platform.### Responsibilities
* Capture and analyze lead and user behavior and feedback as they use Muir’s platform.
* Develop a seamless conversion funnel through desgin
* Identify new Product Led Growth opportunities to scalably find, capture and onboard new customers.
* Work closely with the product team to scope and implement new features
* Develop new design, UI and UX across Muir’s platform, website and ad content
* Ability to rapidly identify and implement new tools to accelerate iteration timelines.### Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably at a B2B SaaS growth stage company.
* Demonstrated capability to rapidly build new and user friendly sites.
* Expirence with Webflow and Figma.
* Ability to learn and utilize new design and AI tools.
* Familiar with Git Hub, CSS, HTML, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Zapier.
* Flexibility and a level of comfort with early-stage ambiguity.
* Bias for action and ability to quickly iterate are critical.
* Based in or willing to relocate to the Seattle area.### Compensation and Benefits For this role, the target salary range is $110,000 - $150,000(actual range may vary based on experience)
