We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity, someone who enjoys solving deep product challenges and shaping systems that scale globally.

Field teams do the heavy lifting behind every industry, roofing, HVAC, solar, telecom, and more. Yet most of their software feels outdated, slow, and unintuitive.

We're changing that.

You’ll craft the experiences that dispatchers, schedulers, and back-office operators rely on every single day, experiences that feel modern, intelligent, and deeply human.

You’ll reimagine end-to-end back-office journeys, transforming complex operational tasks into intuitive, AI-assisted flows that reduce friction and increase clarity.

You’ll immerse yourself in user conversations, field calls, and product analytics — translating observations into actionable design decisions.

You’ll bring ideas to life through high-fidelity prototypes, motion cues, and interaction patterns that help stakeholders “feel” the future before it’s built.

You’ll work alongside PMs and engineers to shape solutions, align on feasibility, and ensure execution matches the vision.

You’ll mentor designers, contribute to our design system, and push forward an AI-first design culture.

AI isn’t an afterthought here — it’s the foundation. You’ll redesign workflows to take full advantage of intelligence, automation, and contextual suggestions.

You’ll influence the entire product ecosystem — web, mobile, field workflows, and AI modules.

You’ll experience true ownership. From research and concepting to delivery and refinement, you’ll lead the entire design lifecycle.

You’ll be part of a small, ambitious, multidisciplinary team where your ideas directly shape the roadmap and the design culture.

5+ years of experience designing SaaS or complex web applications

A portfolio showcasing thoughtful problem-solving, clear process, and strong visual/UI craft

Mastery of Figma
, prototyping techniques, and system-level design

Curiosity and understanding of AI-driven UX, intent-based interfaces, and automation-friendly patterns

Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills
