Director of Product Operations Why We Have This Role
  • In this highly visible role, you will help ensure that our product teams can move faster and more efficiently while maintaining the high-quality standards that Qualtrics is known for.
  • You’ll lead efforts to enhance our product operations infrastructure and tools, enabling our product teams to focus on creating exceptional products that delight our customers.
  • You will play a critical role in revolutionizing our development processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics.
  • You will work with leaders across the organization to drive adoption and influence the future of how the PXE organization works.
How You’ll Find Success

  • You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

How You’ll Grow
  • Transform analytics into actionable insights that influence product strategy and operational performance, providing visibility to executives and stakeholders.
  • Manage Qualtrics’s Product Development Life Cycle, ensuring high-quality and market-ready product innovations are delivered according to plan.
  • Influence cross‑functional decision‑making through strategic thought leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and external product advisors, shaping Qualtrics’s future innovations.
  • Gain a holistic view of the business by contributing to company‑wide planning and goals.
Things You’ll Do
  • Own and run the product development lifecycle across discovery, prioritization, planning, and execution and release. As the program owner, directly influence the evolution of this process as part of broader transformation efforts.
  • Facilitate the ongoing up leveling of the product management roles by core processes and artifacts, workflow efficiency, and driving adoption of new ways of working.
  • Support product managers with program management best practices for the highest‑priority initiatives.
  • Create lightweight, agile execution frameworks that improve predictability and delivery quality.
  • Partner with Engineering Operations to define actionable scrum‑level reporting and progress visibility.
  • Provide clear, data‑driven visibility into roadmap progress, risks, and product portfolio health.
  • Lead key customer programs:
    Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), Product Preview Programs, and Product Experience Programs.
  • Recruit participants, structure feedback flows, and ensure insights directly influence roadmap and prioritization.
  • Maintain consistent, scalable, and high‑quality customer engagement mechanisms.
  • Facilitate communication across Product, Engineering, UX, Dev Ops, Security, and Customer Success.
  • Own the product metrics framework (velocity, predictability, adoption, quality, customer outcomes).
