The tool provides robust support for managing surveys and benchmarking, often at a price point less than half of comparable systems.
The Compensation Tool also offers a free survey management tool for new users.
This is a full‑time remote role for a Compensation Support Specialist. The Compensation Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for users, assisting customers with inquiries, and offering guidance on the use of the Comp Tool. This role also involves analytical tasks to identify and resolve issues and ensure excellent communication with clients to enhance their overall experience.
This role differs from that of a compensation analyst or consultant, as it does not provide consultative services to clients. Instead, it provides guidance on how to utilize Comp Tool to support their compensation practices effectively.

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with compensation practices and tools is a requirement
- Must be a self‑starter and able to operate efficiently in a fully remote environment
- 2‑3 years of experience managing compensation programs
- Ability to see problems and fix them before being asked
- Organized and thoughtful
- Takes ownership of their role
Dependent on qualifications and experience, the pay for this role will range from 60k to 100k with the top of the range being reserved for only the most qualified and experienced candidates with a proven track record of success in a role such as this.
