Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Technical Recruiter in Seattle, WA with a hybrid work schedule.
Job Summary:
The candidate will work as a Technical Recruiter, primarily focusing on sourcing and hiring engineering talent to build high-performance teams that drive product expansion globally. They will also be responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies and maintaining strong relationships across various teams while attending networking events to promote the client.

- Must-Have Requirements:
- Technical recruiting experience
- Technical sourcing experience
- In-house and agency recruiting experience
- Ability to build pipelines
- Knowledge about market, target companies, and relationships in open-source networks
- Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Technically savvy
- Pay: $64.28/hr
- Shift: Hybrid, Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm

Pay Details: $64.28 per hour
