The Contract Recruiter will serve as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders, owning full‑cycle recruiting efforts and driving hiring success across multiple functions. This role requires a proactive, results‑driven recruiter who excels at sourcing talent, building pipelines, and navigating evolving priorities in a growing organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong collaboration skills, sound judgment, and a passion for delivering a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
This role requires availability during standard Pacific Time business hours.
This position is projected to last approximately 9–12 months.

Full‑Cycle Recruitment- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition/postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring manager interview scheduling, and offer process for a variety of positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine targeted interview questions, including behavioral, situational, and role‑specific technical questions, aligned with job requirements and competencies.
- Update, maintain and keep on track with the overall company hiring plan.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using job boards, Linked In Recruiter, networking, referrals, Artificial Intelligence, and other sourcing tools.
- Stay up to date on labor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.
- Participate in planning and execution of hiring events and attend career fairs and community outreach initiatives to represent the company and attract talent.
- Partner closely with department leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, workforce plans, and team dynamics to develop customized recruiting strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and best practices to guide hiring decisions.
- Contribute to and help execute company initiatives and projects that support business goals and enhance the organization through recruiting and human resources efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent, professional, and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), trackers, reports, and provide regular reporting on recruiting activity and metrics.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and sound judgement.
- Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a full cycle recruiter in a fast‑paced organization within Telecommunications, Technology or other related technical industry.
- Proven recruiting experience supporting evergreen roles across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and/or technical organizations, with the ability to manage sustained hiring demand.
- Strong experience owning end‑to‑end pipeline development for evergreen roles, including proactive sourcing, pipeline nurturing, and talent community building to support sustained hiring demand.
