We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with the Business Data Technology (BDT) organization, part of the broader eCommerce Foundation group. This organization serves the company's analytics needs, specifically for the Stores, Devices and Others (SDO).
This Sr. HRBP will partner closely with business leaders on talent priorities that drive business impact, including: employee experience, organizational health and efficiency, building and retaining a diverse tech workforce at all levels, innovating the tech promo process, and supporting org design and talent placement discussions. The role also involves driving key talent priorities across the broader eCF organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement employee engagement strategies that foster an environment based on respect and values.
- Develop and execute a life‑cycle approach to HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and talent management, assessing organizational performance, identifying talent gaps, and proposing solutions.
- Coach and consult on organizational design and management issues, challenging and influencing decision‑making processes.
- Streamline and implement new processes to increase speed, efficiency and agility within the organization.
- Lead change‑management efforts around culture and process evolution.
- Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention.
- Facilitate the consistent application, implementation and improvement of Human Resources programs.
- Partner with the HRP team and business leaders to manage day‑to‑day employee relations issues, in line with local legislation.
- Collaborate with leaders to execute recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives and internal mobility.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of local labor law.
- Experience as a human resource generalist.
- Knowledge of HR theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development.
- Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Experience assessing management and executive talent.
- Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans.
- Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization.
