Sr. Recruiting Business Partner, AWS Infrastructure Services
The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer‑focused Senior Recruiting Business Partner to support AWS technical teams in driving candidate generation strategies. This role operates in a fast‑growing, high‑volume environment where data‑driven leadership, process optimization, and strong stakeholder influence are essential.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches and manage expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
- Recruit passive technical candidates, assess chemistry and motivation, and match for fit.
- Provide strategic guidance and act as an advisor to business leaders on technical and non‑technical hiring, delivering measurable results.
- Develop and execute sourcing models and robust search strategies to build diverse talent pools and calibrate job profiles with hiring managers.
- Recommend and implement recruitment ideas and process improvements that support long‑term growth.
- Document plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.
- Interview candidates within the position framework and maintain quality standards.
- Own special recruiting initiatives, evaluate best practices, leverage internal talent sources, and identify top performers for senior‑level openings.
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including full life‑cycle recruiting in corporate or search‑firm settings.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Experience recruiting for data center and/or infrastructure roles.
Salary ranges: $137,900 – $186,500 annually (VA, Arlington; WA, Seattle). The full Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units.
