Thank you for your interest in interning with McKinstry! We are proud and excited to offer summer internships for 2026 across several of our different office locations and are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Seattle.

Our B.L.U.E.(Build, Learn, Understand, Enrich) Summer Internship Program is purposefully designed to inspire your imagination and help you guide your career with purpose. You’ll be an integral part of McKinstry with hands‑on experience, mentorship and a healthy dose of fun. Our program delivers depth and real experience so that you can truly evaluate potential career paths within the work we do.
Are you looking to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition? Join our Talent Acquisition team as an intern and play a key role in sourcing top talent, supporting hiring initiatives, and contributing to employer branding efforts. This internship offers valuable exposure to full‑cycle hiring, networking opportunities, and mentorship to help you kick‑start your career in HR.
What we look for in our Talent Acquisition Interns:- Must be pursuing a business, public relations, communication, etc. degree. Junior student standing or higher required.
- Availability in Summer 2026 (May/June start until August/September depending on the school); part‑time availability after Summer preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Someone who is personable and thrives in a fast‑paced atmosphere.
- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Support college and early‑career recruiting initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team’s transition to a new ATS.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Support internship program coordination and engagement.
- Conduct market research on talent trends.
