We are hiring for an onsite Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast‑paced team in Seattle, WA!

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting a dynamic and fast‑paced recruiting team. This position is essential in managing recruiting activities and fostering relationships with candidates, often serving as their first point of contact. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for building a diverse and talented workforce. Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
  • Provide follow‑up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruitment status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates in a weekly report.
  • Coordinate post‑interview debrief meetings and provide necessary debrief materials.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, admin, receptionist, operations manager, coordinator, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in project coordination, administrative assistance, and scheduling.
  • Prior experience in high‑volume scheduling environments.
  • Experience as an administrative/executive assistant or project coordinator.
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in Seattle, requiring the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
