We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for an HR Specialist I in Seattle, WA
. This will be a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend and/or convert.
- Requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, as you'll be working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
- Research and analyze data pertaining to human resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or other Benefits related degrees preferred, not mandatory.
- 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager.
The pay range for this position is up to $29.75 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
