Overview of the HR Assistant role:

• Lead employee benefits enrollment and answer related questions.
• Support payroll processes by reviewing timecards and assisting as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for HR and payroll questions from staff.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with general HR administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient HR operations.

Qualifications for the HR Assistant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with benefits administration, payroll support, or HR operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Proactive, approachable, and comfortable advising employees and managers.
