Responsibilities
  • Lead our HR Business Partners and HR Operations team while owning the systems, processes, and daily execution of HR operations.
  • Manage HR systems, oversee end-to-end HR processes, and ensure compliance and operational accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide clear, consistent processes and guidance to support employee relations; coach HRBPs in supporting leaders and teams.
  • Drive process improvement to ensure HR operations are efficient, reliable, and centered on a positive employee experience.
Key Deliverables (First Year)
  • HR Systems & Operational Excellence:
    Take full ownership of HR systems and tools, drive reliable administration, data integrity, accurate reporting, and high adoption across the organization; ensure systems support end-to-end HR processes and day-to-day execution.
  • Compliance & Policy Consistency:
    Maintain ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; develop and apply clear, practical HR policies and procedures that scale with the business.
  • HRBPs & HR Operations Team Leadership:
    Lead, coach, and develop the HR Business Partners and HR Operations team; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Employee Relations & Manager Enablement:
    Guide complex employee relations cases and investigations with consistency and fairness; partner with managers and HRBPs to strengthen performance management, workforce planning, and change execution.
  • Process Improvement & Employee

    Experience:

    Standardize HR workflows to improve efficiency and clarity; implement practical improvements that enhance the employee experience while maintaining reliability and scalability.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations and systems.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency with HRIS platforms, data analytics, and process automation tools.

Benefits
  • Compensation: $115,000 to $145,000 Annually.
